Creative Integration of Curriculum in Elementary School

This elective course surveys a range of approaches through which prescribed outcomes in elementary language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies curriculum can be integrated in classroom practice. While theories of curriculum integration form the foundation for the course, the emphasis is on the notion of creativity as a means to situate learning in meaningful contexts.
