Whether you are building on momentum from a Challenge Lab, scaling a BMoE Bootcamp idea, or refining a revenue-generating prototype, this course provides the tools to avoid common pitfalls that stall early-stage ventures. Working closely with an experienced lead instructor, teams will honestly address difficult challenges regarding their market opportunity and team dynamics. This hands-on, collaborative environment leverages peer feedback, expert mentorship, and real-world execution to help you seek the truth about your startup’s future and prepare for accelerators or major investment.
