Readings in Modern Hebrew

This course explores selected topics in modern Hebrew literature and culture through a central and sustained theme. Students will engage with a diverse range of materials, including poetry, film, music, academic essays, and novels, to gain a deeper understanding of Hebrew literary and cultural expressions. Emphasis will be placed on developing the ability to discuss and write about abstract topics and themes through analytical reading, discussion, presentations, and creative assignments.
