Leadership and Decision Making

The purpose of this two credit hour course is to develop the student’s knowledge of self-awareness, self-confidence, and individual leadership skills. Through experiential learning activities, students develop problem solving and critical thinking skills, and apply communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills. The course includes an introduction to the Army’s operations order and troop leading procedures in the context of decision making applications.
