Entrepreneurial Lab in EdTech, AI, and Skills

We study recent innovations in three key areas of education: EdTech, AI, and Higher-Order Skills. This is a hands-on seminar because you not only analyze evidence-backed innovations but also iterate on them to propose new adaptations that can inform ongoing programs and policies at scale. In each lab, you follow an entrepreneurial process—defining a problem, researching it, generating ideas, building a prototype, and presenting to gather feedback and identify strategies for scale. In parallel, your team applies these steps to develop a new idea that addresses an education problem you care about, culminating in a capstone project. You work in teams, as real entrepreneurial teams do, and engage with entrepreneurs and policymakers working on innovations related to these three themes throughout the semester.
