An introduction to the modelling and simulation of stochastic systems; programming language issues; model and tool design; input data modelling; simulation experiments; and the interpretation of simulation results. Prerequisite(s): Computer Science 457 and 3 units from Mathematics 321, Statistics 205, 211, 213 or 321.
