Creative design strategies, technical implementation approaches, interaction techniques, evaluation methods, and reflective practices for visualizing novel datasets. Exploration of specialized approaches including geospatial, network, text, and uncertainty visualization. Prerequisite(s): Computer Science 482 or Data Science 482. Antirequisite(s): Credit for Computer Science 582 and either of Data Science 582 or Computer Science 583 will not be allowed.
