The Future of the Global City

Explores the challenges facing global cities over the next half century. Projects possible futures for cities and the role of design in different scenarios, by reference to history and theory, sustainability, data science, technology, simulation and visualization. Prerequisite(s): Design 223 and admission to the Bachelor of Design in City Innovation program.
