A comprehensive hands-on course on the financing of early-stage companies. Students will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, performing due diligence, working as a team to select investment recommendations, writing investment recommendation reports to an Investment Advisory Group, and participating in quarterly Investment Review Meetings. Prerequisite(s): Consent of the Haskayne School of Business. Antirequisite(s): Credit for Finance 469 and 559.08 (UCeed Haskayne Student Fund) will not be allowed. Notes: Application is required.
