The Holocaust

A survey of the history of the Holocaust in its pan-European context. Highlights the central role of antisemitism and the Nazi regime's genocidal intentions towards Jews, takes a victim-centred approach and includes diversity of groups targeted by Nazi racial ideology. Anti-requisite: Credit for History 416 and 493.16 (The Holocaust) will not be allowed.
