The development of advocacy, consensus building, and other lawyering skills in the context of a non-competitive moot conducted in a circle arrangement and using a moot problem based on contemporary issues in Aboriginal-Government relations. Includes a writing requirement. Prerequisite(s): Consent of the Faculty.
