Formulation of a bold and innovative proposal developed through team collaboration and leadership that addresses a systemic problem to improve the quality of healthcare. Drawing on previous learning of personal and professional competencies, students will be presented with a grand challenge associated with leading and improving a complex health system. Prerequisite(s): Nursing 664 and admission to Leadership for Health System Transformation Certificate. NOT INCLUDED IN GPA
