Build on clinical expertise, knowledge of business development, and operations management to create a business strategy to grow a professional practice. A strategic plan will be developed outlining current practice state, desired future state, and the steps needed to achieve goals. By the end of the course, participants will be able to formulate a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth and development of their professional practice. Prerequisite(s): Nursing 679 and admission to Professional Practice Entrepreneurship Certificate. NOT INCLUDED IN GPA
