Pathologic basis of disease, pharmacology, toxicology, and oncology. An introduction to the basic disease mechanisms, basics of pharmaco/ toxico-kinetics, basic mechanisms of action of pharmaceuticals, and the derangement of homeostasis. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Program and Veterinary Medicine 206 and 217.
