This course explores overlapping legal sovereignties and cultural landscapes within Muscogee (Creek) Nation homelands, Oklahoma, and the United States. Taught jointly by the tribal college of the Muscogee Nation and Emory, students collaborate on projects linking law, history, land, and community.
