As the destination of immigration for half a million Holocaust survivors, Israel is the center of formation of Holocaust literature. This course is a survey of works authored by survivors (Fink, Kovner, Appelfeld, Orlev), second generation (Keret), and Israel`s most popular author, Lea Goldberg.
