Leading Organizational Change

To be an effective leader, you need to develop your capacity to be a highly capable change agent. This course will provide you ways to conceptualize, develop, and implement a wide variety of strategic, design, and programmatic changes in organizations. You will increase your capacity to diagnose situations that call for change, develop strategies for effective change programs, foster political support for changes, and effectively chart a path of change implementation.
