Resources Sustainability

The objectives of this course are to (1) learn how to cultivate resources that sustain organizational growth in global societies and (2) develop leadership strategies that maximize inclusion and impact through organizational partnerships with diverse stakeholders. With those goals as the target, the course will navigate according to two overlapping questions: Leading ethical performance: What is required to incline a group of people—from small teams to entire enterprises—to play by the rules, respect one another, and otherwise act with integrity? Leading social performance: What do leaders owe to the people and places impacted by their organizations?
