FinTech

The course introduces the students to three broad areas of FinTech. The first is machine learning, which is an essential element to understand and work with FinTech data. The second is robo-advising, and the third is cryptocurrencies and blockchains. Throughout the course, we will make use of the programming language R to implement all the concepts the students are introduced to. The course will equip the students with the necessary tools to analyze FinTech data, understand the current state FinTech, and be able to successfully work in FinTech firms.
