This course prepares students to lead technology organizations through strategic planning, financial decision-making, and governance alignment. Through an integrated approach, students will develop the ability to build business cases, oversee project budgeting and ROI evaluation, and implement IT and data governance frameworks that meet compliance, risk, and ethical expectations. Particular attention is given to emerging technologies, such as AI and cloud services, and their implications for governance, accountability, and value creation.
