IT Leadership Communication

This course provides an integrated introduction to the strategic and operational responsibilities of IT leaders in a digitally transforming enterprise. Students will analyze how IT managers influence innovation, align technology with organizational strategy, and lead teams through disruption. Emphasis is placed on communication as a leadership competency, students will learn to develop executive messaging, manage internal communications, and navigate stakeholder resistance in complex change environments.
