Cloud Computing AI Tech Strat

This course examines the strategic, architectural, and operational foundations of cloud computing with a focus on enabling industrial scale AI. This class leverages a technology strategy approach to define the future state enterprise, and to create a roadmap to achieve it. The strategy methods are based on proven, leading consultancy models. Through a combination of readings, case studies, hands-on lab exercises, and an applied strategic transformation project, students will assess real-world cloud adoption scenarios across industries. These activities will develop the ability to align enterprise cloud decisions with mission objectives, financial constraints, innovation goals, and long-term technology strategy.
