Information Wars: How nations wage online combat. This course will examine how information - and disinformation - have become key elements of modern foreign policy. Massively cheaper than military weapons and hardware, weaponized information can be extremely effective, not only in promoting a country's influence, but in undermining enemy states. Artificial Intelligence is the newest, and most powerful weapon in this information war. The course will include discussions with officials from several countries both employing - and countering - weaponized information.
