Intro to Basque

Basque/Euskera is one of the few non-Indo-European languages that survive in Europe. Spoken in the north of Spain and south of France, it is one of the four official languages in Spain. The course offers the student an introduction to the structure and vocabulary of the Basque language within a communicative framework that incorporates culturally rich content. No previous knowledge of a Romance language is required.
