Ethical Leadership is designed to deepen your understanding of the ethical and social dimensions of business in general and corporate leadership in particular. At its conclusion, you should have the know how to evaluate and lead the ethical performance of organizations—from teams to enterprises and from the top to the trenches. You should have an acute awareness of the heightened social demands on firms and how leaders are anticipating and managing this expanding responsibility.
