Adaptation Performance
This interdisciplinary intermediate course engages students in an experiential and experimental approach to the adaptation, staging, and performance of literature (poetry, fiction, non-fiction), drawing on works from across a variety of cultures, genres and styles. Students will develop original performances, acting as the adapter, director, and performer in their works. Students will work collaboratively, as well as independently, as they pursue the intersection of critical and creative values.
