Enhance fluency, particularly conversational and written Arabic. Reading and analysis of texts to enhance critical thinking, and promote mastery of the language. Immersion and overall increase in fluency. Students will be expected to communicate with classmates and the instructor in Arabic and to make presentations in Arabic pertaining to current events. Increased use of Arabic during classroom instruction.
