Analyzing Health GIS Data

This course will convey specialized methodologies of data collection and the statistical analysis of spatial data. Through a series of health-related case studies, students will have the opportunity to explore spatial statistical analysis at a variety of spatial resolutions. Computing will be a significant component of the course, ensuring that students acquire the skills necessary to apply these techniques to health-related GIS data. Prerequisites: BSTA 142
