Research Methods in Health Humanities

This course surveys research methods in health and medical humanities, including literary studies, historiography, film studies, and ethnography. Students will develop health science literacy skills and learn to design their own health humanistic research projects. While emphasizing literary, cultural, and historical approaches, the course also explores other interdisciplinary fields such as disability studies, science and technology studies, digital humanities, and media studies.
