A comprehensive course in classical and modern linear control systems. Includes root locus, frequency response, state space, and digital control techniques with extensive use of MATLAB. A design project provides experience with practical design issues and tradeoffs. Prerequisites: ME 242 or ME 245 or ECE 125 Can be taken Concurrently: ME 245
