This study-abroad course provides an immersive exploration of real estate development and investment in a selected international market. A significant portion of the class takes place on-site, where students engage directly with commercial properties and local professionals. The course emphasizes the host country’s unique economic, cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics. Through site visits, case studies, and interactive discussions, students gain hands-on experience and apply real estate principles to global contexts, fostering adaptability and strategic decision-making.
