4-0-8 units · Graduate

Examines issues at the intersection of algorithms and people: how algorithms could be used as a tool to improve decisions people make and how they can also be used as a scientific tool to study decisions people make. Relies on supervised learning and generative models and provides econometric abstractions of these tools. Prepares PhD students to conduct research in the field.
