Leading on Purpose: An Exploration of Identity, Values, and Intention

Examination of self-awareness as a core leadership competency and the capacity to engage thoughtfully and effectively with others. Explores intentionality in leadership presence, interpersonal interaction, and personal goal-setting. Conducted as a four-day intensive that includes an introduction to frameworks and concepts, facilitated small-group discussions, and coaching sessions with MIT Leadership Center coaches, along with immersive peer interaction. Application required for admission.
