Examination and application of frameworks, tools, and practices for effective teamwork and team leadership. Class sessions combine business cases, teaming scenarios, structured exercises, and peer-based reflection. Topics include navigating conflict, giving feedback, and addressing interpersonal challenges in team settings. Includes individual sessions with a professional executive coach throughout the term for guided reflection, feedback, and accountability. Restricted to 2nd year MBA students.
