Computational Fluid Dynamics for Multiphase Flows
Focuses on the physics and modeling of multiphase flow within the framework of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Emphasizes complexities of gas–liquid flows with attention to boiling heat transfer. Covers underlying concepts and practical modeling approaches for predictive simulations in engineering applications, including mesh practices, interface tracking, two-fluid model equations, drag and non-drag forces, turbulence modeling in multiphase systems, interfacial area and mass transfer, and wall boiling phenomena.
