Prereq: MATH 1121; or permission of the Department This course introduces the calculus of functions of several variables, including conic sections, quadric surfaces, polar co-ordinates in the plane, cylindrical and spherical co-ordinates in three space, continuity, partial derivatives, tangent planes, chain rule, maximum and minimum values, Lagrange multipliers, and double and triple integrals.(Format: Lecture 3 Hours)
