Principles of crystal, aqueous, and isotopic geochemistry, and applications to igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks, and geochemical exploration. Principles of radiometric dating of rocks. Practical problem solving in applied geochemistry. ***Prerequisite: CHEM 105 and one of ESC 201 or ESC 211 (ESC 211 is strongly recommended).*** *Note: Students may receive credit for one of ESC 307 or GEOL 307.*
