Hydrogeology

Principles of hydrogeology, hydrologic cycle, Darcy’s law, properties of aquifers, and groundwater flow modeling. Natural groundwater flow systems and occurrences. Groundwater flow to wells, groundwater resource development, and management. ***Prerequisite: ESC 102, MATH 110 and completion of 30 credit hours, or permission of the Department Head.*** *Note: Students may receive credit for one of ESC 476, GEOL 476, ESC 800AQ, or GEOL 490AO.*
