SLAVE REBELLIONS IN THE ATLANTIC WORLD

Credit Hours: 3 · Undergraduate Upper-Level

Students will examine the different ways historians have written about uprisings among enslaved people in the Atlantic world as preparation for a final paper examining some aspect of a major uprising. The final paper will be a major essay (ca. 20 pp.) based on primary sources.
