CRISIS LEADERSHIP
It feels like we live in perpetual whitewater these days. We lurch from crisis to crisis, many of which might have been avoided. This course examines major public crises resulting from low-probability, high-consequence events. The core premise is that effective leadership improves the likelihood of avoiding or mitigating the consequences of crises, and allows us to take advantage of the opportunities that disasters create.
