Capstone Project Proposal

In this course, the first of two that form the capstone for the MHE program, students create a proposal for a project that will apply health equity principles in a real-world, professional-practice setting. Course content includes theoretical concepts of knowledge mobilization; relationship building, collaboration and engagement with partners to define an appropriate project; assessing and interpreting research for professional applications; project design. The course culminates with the proposal presentation. Prerequisite: successful completion of 24 credits of HEEQ core and elective courses. Three credits.
