Love and the Emotions

A philosophical investigation of what it means to be human. Topics include love, friendship, and their relation to moral virtues; freedom, and emotions; the basis for morality in human nature. Prerequisite: PHIL 100 or 101 or 102 or permission of the instructor. Three credits.
