Writing and Critical Thinking for Pre-College Scholars

Lecture, 10 hours. Limited to students in VIP Scholars Program at UCLA. Introduction to demands of university writing, including research writing, with special focus on challenging students to think critically about world around them and their place in it within social justice framework. Offered in summer only. P/NP or letter grading.
