Introduction to Biochemical Engineering
Introduction to biochemical engineering. Topics include biological macromolecules, enzyme kinetics, cell metabolism, protein synthesis, recombinant DNA technology, bioreactor design, and bioproduct recovery. Prerequisites: CENG 100. Students may not receive credit for both CENG 160 and CENG 260.
