Exploratory data analysis, diagnostics, bootstrap, large-scale (multiple) hypothesis testing, false discovery rate, empirical Bayes methods. Prerequisites: DSC 210 and DSC 212 and DSC 241. Restricted to DSC-MS-001 and DSC-PhD-001 students.
