Mechanics of Fiber Reinforced Plastic lamina, bond strength of FRP-to-concrete joints, shear and flexural strengthening of beams and walls, increased strength and ductility of axially loaded columns, and seismic retrofit of columns. Use of computer resources. Prerequisites: SE 253A, graduate standing.
