Real Estate Finance and Development Studio I

This course introduces students to the challenges of developing and financing real property. Students work in teams to prepare a proposal for a complete site-specific project that incorporates real estate finance, development, and design. Prerequisites: USP 5, USP 15, USP 25, USP 50, USP 124, USP 151, USP 152A, and USP 153. Restricted to seniors within the Real Estate and Development major. (Only offered fall quarter.)
