Leadership is not just a title; it’s a practice. This course examines leadership as a relational and intentional practice grounded in real-world professional contexts. Students critically examine and apply foundational and contemporary leadership theories to their own experiences across any role or industry. Emphasis is placed on strengthening self-awareness, emotional and relational intelligence, values-based decision making, leading across differences, building trust, influence, and responsible leadership in complex environments.
