Exploring concepts and issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within educational and workplace environments. Of particular importance will be examining racialized constructs in these settings. Additional course emphases include helping students understand historical contexts and emerging trends in the field while also recognizing and applying these ideas within professional situations.
