Exposes students to procedures and methods used in various settings in a hands-on manner. Includes field trips to visit representative facilities with supporting active learning exercises. Field trips vary by section (multiple day trips or longer single trip at the end of the course). Content of offerings and fees vary by section, but all focus on technology and management aspects of agricultural systems. Field trips required. Additional fees may apply. See Class Schedule. May be repeated in the same term up to 4 undergraduate hours if topics vary or in separate terms up to 6 undergraduate hours if topics vary.
